- Booking & payment data: sessions booked, booking history, and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and cookie data (see our Cookie Policy).
- Communications: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or chat.
- Marketing preferences: whether you've opted in to marketing.

Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure it's protected by an adequate-country decision or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Booking & transaction records: six years, to meet UK tax and accounting rules.
- Account data: while your account is active, then twelve months after closure.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
- Support messages: two years.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time.
